Founder of the law firm The Spinapolice & Partners Studio in Rome, London, Dubai and Shenzhen he has been a member of the Bar Association since 1993 and the Register of Cassationists since 2005. He has earned his Master in: "Business Law" of Midiform; Ipsoa's "Enterprise Contracts"; Altalex's "Right of Show"; "Corporate Law" and “English for Italian lawyers" from CNF Higher School of Advocacy. Professor at the Faculty of Economics in Foggia where he lectured Masters in Banking Law, Banking Taxation and Tax Law. Specialising in banking and financial law, corporate law, start-up and Initial Coin Offering (c.d. ICO) of Blockchain.
